6230i is supposedly the successor of 6230 to be out in march. Talks are on that is has 1.3mp cam and slightly diff design...no idea if this is a rumour or truth. |

This is the 6230i: http://www.gsmarena.com/index[....]smarena.com/news-detail101.php
1.3mp camera, more memory and (finally) a high-res screen. Not to mention the MMC slot is still present.
The K700 is starting to look worse by the day...

It's just wierd if that is its real name, considering the upgraded features, Nokia would normally call it something else.
resistance is futile. |

Its specs suggest its nokia's reply to the s700 not k700. The k7 makes 6230 look like crap and the s700 will do the same for 6230i |

i dont think 6230i is Nokia reply to S700. Maybe SE is not even in Nokia radar because SE is too small to be even a threat (maybe only mosquito bite).
And the S700 is selling in such small volume, it is not even a threat to anyone. |

we cpw my workplace) have the 6230i down for a march release..you can't compare it to the s700 really, as nokia aren't marketing this phone as a imaging device...i think it just adds to what is already a excellent device...even the mighty 6630 isn't a competitor to the s700..as the 6630 is alot more than an imaging device...s700 is just a phone with a camera, mp3 player, and a file system.. that's it...btw...i highly recommend you get a 6630...wow..is all i can say...

"s700 is just a phone with a camera, mp3 player, and a file system" what the ****? Ho dare you, S700 makes every phone from nokia suck! (I'm sorry... but actually.. it is true, nothing to be shamed of). |

lol...no need to be angry...i love the s700 for what it is...and in work, selling the phone is a doodle, because it is fantastic...no doubt...but what i said before is essentially what it is...obviously i neglected to mention the 3d grafix engine, and the bcs stack built into it is fantastic...but knocking nokia's based on the fact you don't like them is childish..very...btw...i hope your enjoying your s700...ive just bought the wife one...lol..shes very confused..hahaha.

According to the pictures and some other sources it seems that Nokia will finally introduce the 208x208 display in it's business segment.. I mean in Series 40..
The new display is slightly bigger, but with significantly better resolution.
