Sony Ericsson Arc confirmed shipment in Q1
6 January 2011 by Olav Hellesø-Knutsen At the Sony CES press event today, Sony Ericsson announced the Sony Ericsson Arc At the same time the release date in 1st quarter was also confirmed. We already knew this of course, but the Arc is now confirmed running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and has a 4.2 inch display. For full list of specifications, take a look at our phone database. The phone is also the first with Sony's Mobile BRAVIA engine which improves video quality noticeably. The Xperia Arc will be available in Misty Silver and Midnight Blue Nothing said about the Sony Ericsson Play. Next major gadget event is the Mobile World Congress in February, and the Play will most likely be announced there. We will attend the show and give you hands-on reports of the new devices there.
