Flashing K810i |

Hello ESATO.
I looked over internet all morning for info about flashing my k810i. I'm doing this because i cant open my games and aplication folder. It says "Operation failed". Till now i figured out my phone has to be flashed. I tried SEUS but it freezes everytime i connect usb to my phone while holding "c" button.
Then for flashing my phone i need to know about " software info". I dont even know what cid is my mobile phone or what "cid" actually is

So pls anyone post all files i need to flash my phone (flash drivers, the right firmware or whatever other files i need to put in my phone, flash programs and everything else i need to perform this). I have never flashed a phone before and i know it is risky.

Thank you. But another problem occured. When i try to copy "K810_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_SM_RED53.mbn" to "oflash"
it shows this:
What should i do now?

I bet your phone is not CID53. Try to look those same files but now CID52 and then use this tutorial.
